Matt Goodrich

Iowa Production Manager

Interests: Spending time with family, hunting, fishing, sports, and volunteer work

Matt joined the Dry Basement® team in February 2020. He brings a great deal of experience with him, which includes ten years in commercial and residential construction and remolding plus eight years as a foundation repair and basement waterproofing foreman.

Scott Tigner

Estimator

Interests: Baseball, volleyball, children’s activities, volunteer work, and fundraising for children’s teams; YMCA, Iowa State Fair Blue Ribbon Foundation for 15 years.

Scott started out as a realtor in 1993 and has been working with homeowners in some form of home sales, financing, remodeling, and building ever since. Now at Dry Basement®, he has completed our extensive training programs and annually takes 12 hours of continuing education conducted by civil engineers. He will again be working with homeowners — this time to solve their basement water problems or foundation problems. Scott has a great understanding of what homeowners need to know to be sure their home is sound and secure, and he is ready to make it happen.

Evan Courtney

Estimator

Interests: Camping with family, fishing, and hunting.

Evan has been working construction his entire adult life. For the past eight years as a foreman, he’s focused on concrete work and Basement waterproofing. He brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to his role as an estimator.

Brett Koster

Foreman

Interests: Watching sports, woodworking, and building things.

Brett joined Dry Basement® in October 2020. He brings a variety of experiences with him, including concrete work, waterproofing, and landscaping.

Travis Hotaling

Flex Foreman / Poly-Jacking

Interests: Chief’s fan. Loves fishing, shooting, and family time.

Travis joined Dry Basement® in early 2021. He has extensive experience repairing basements and concrete leveling.
