Dry Basement® Foundation Repair has been protecting homes across Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa since 1975. We are looking for experienced, motivated leaders who take pride in their work and can run high-quality production crews in the field.

As a Crew Foreman, you will lead installation teams on residential foundation repair and basement waterproofing projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and at the highest level of craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on construction work while also stepping into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in the installation of foundation repair and basement waterproofing systems
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and workflow
• Load, unload, and manage construction materials and equipment
• Communicate with crew members, supervisors, and homeowners as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Represent Dry Basement® with professionalism and leadership in the field

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a crew
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high-quality standards
